Et bien l'équivalent franco-chinois existe : frhelper 法语助手. La seule différence avec Iciba, c'est qu'il n'y a pas de site internet qui fasse également dictionnaire, et que la version gratuite est limitée à quelques utilisations. Mais sinon c'est le même principe de logiciel d'aide à la compréhension d'un texte. Ce ne sont pas des outils de traduction à proprement parler car il y a parfois des traductions un peu fantaisistes, que ce soit pour l'un ou pour l'autre de ces deux logiciels. Il faut donc vérifier ailleurs lorsque le terme est inconnu et que l'on ne veut pas qu'une simple confirmation.

En résumé, c'est un outil bien pratique - et rapide ! - pour vérifier la traduction d'un mot sans avoir à ouvrir un dictionnaire.

Well, there is also a French-Chinese translation software: frhelper 法语助手. The only difference with Iciba is that there is no website where you can check translation and that frhelper has only a few utilizations permitted on the free version. But it is as good a software aiming at easing text comprehension as Iciba. It is not a translation tool per se because the terms are sometimes translated in a funky way, be it for Iciba or frhelper. So if you never saw a term, it would be better to check the meaning somewhere else. But if you only need a confirmation, then it's fine.

In one word, it is a convenient tool - and a fast one too! - if you need to confirm the translation of a word without having to open a dictionary.
